FAR101 Notification

Gather the requested information:

1. Name & phone of coordinator, (if a mobile phone is to be on site, give this also)

2.Estimated numberof rockets

3. Estimated size & weight (usually 1/4" x 2" 2oz min and 4" x 48" 3.3lbs
max)

4. Estimated highest altitude

5. Location (Brothers: 116* Rad DSD VOR, 29.5nm, 1nm radius)

6. Date, time, duration

7. Any other pertinent info

Then call the FAA at 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX and request a FAR101 Notice to Airmen (NOTAM)
